First: Return and Exchange Policy Due to the nature of the products (perfumes), returns or exchanges of products are not allowed after the purchase is completed, in order to preserve quality and public safety. The following cases are the only exceptions:
The product arrives in a damaged or compromised condition.
Receiving a product different from the original order.
Conditions for Accepting a Request:
You must notify us within a period not exceeding 24 hours from the time of receiving the order.
It is required to attach clear photos or a video clip showing the damage or error in the product immediately upon receipt.
The return request will be reviewed by our team, and if approved, appropriate action will be taken (replacement or refund).
Second: Refund Mechanism After verifying the condition and approving the request, the amount will be refunded to the same payment method used for the purchase. The refund process takes 7 to 14 business days, depending on your payment service provider's policy.
Third: Shipping Costs If the damage or error resulted from the store, the store will bear all shipping and return costs without any additional fees for the customer.
